Water Problem: Arsenic

Arsenic is an odorless, tasteless heavy metal that naturally occures in the environment. It is also a by-product of agricultural and industrial activities. Arsenic is fairly prevalent in certain areas of Texas. Human exposure to arsenic can cause health effects and long term exposure has been linked to cancer. The US Environment Protection Agency's standard for maximum level of arsenic is 10 parts per billion.
